A very nice addition to their flying experience. -Didn't understand why they were required to keep their seatbelts on even after reaching cruise level. -Were anxious because they heard a loud sound coming from the rear of the aircraft upon take off. -Were terrified because of the problem during flight. -Were relieved to land safely after an emergency.
