FailureText: The vacuum system was hit by a ground shot. The electrical systems were hit by a ground shot resulting in a complete electrical systems failure. One engine was delivering less power before take-off, the pilot failed to check and to abort the take-off and the engine failed shortly after take-off. The pilot over rotated the aircraft upon take off and the tail hit the ground. The pilot over pitched the aircraft upon landing and the tail struck the ground.
