PassengersOpinionText:	-Are relieved to have landed safely after the extreme weather they experienced during landing. -Were in a better mood because they had food. -Were pleased by the music on ground. A very nice addition to their flying experience. -Were anxious because they heard a loud sound coming from the rear of the aircraft upon landing. -Wonder if they landed or if they crashed (hard landing).
FailureText:	For some reason a cabin door was opened during flight and experts agree this is one of the dumbest things one can do. The pilot over pitched the aircraft upon landing and the tail struck the ground.
